At LifeForce Herbal Healing Centre, we believe that healing needs to be well rounded and balanced. From our inception, our goal has been to provide you with everything from vitamins and supplements, internal body detoxes, natural body care, and self-help.

Jean Stuve

LifeForce Herbal Healing Centre was originally founded by Jean Stuve in 1985. The shop was originally a bookstore and later branched into herbal remedies, supplements, natural healing and wellness. Jean Stuve passed away on August 25, 2005, however, her legacy continues through her daughter Kate Stuve, her granddaughter Angela and her great-granddaughters.

Kate Stuve

Kate Stuve shares her mother’s enthusiasm for healing and wellness, wanting to ensure every customer receives the personal attention they deserve. Kate originally started her career in wellness by working as a nurse in Alberta. After raising her family, she expanded her education with certifications in Natural Healing, Reconnective Healing and Iridology.

Angela Smith

Angela Smith proudly carries on the heritage established by her mother and grandmother. Angela works as the store’s Aromatherapist, creating custom Aromatherapy blends in store. As a Live Blood Analyst Technician, Angela uses her training to assist customers understand their own blood cells, plasma and other details to determine the health in their blood and overall body.
