ARNICA [Arnica montana] – Restores Tired Muscles & Joints
Uses: Arnica oil may be applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. May be able to alleviate insect bites, arthritis, muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.
How To Use: Use a hot compress to help reduce pain or loosen arthritic stiffness.
Caution: Do not apply to broken skin or open wounds.
