Shipping, processing and returns at a glance.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and during periods of high demand there may be slight delays. Items on back order ship as soon as they become available.
Shipping
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Typical delivery takes 2–7 days once shipped.

- $18 flat rate on all other orders
- Free local delivery in Fort McMurray on orders $99+
- Free in-store pickup at 43-101 Signal Rd
Returns & refunds
Products may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Full details are on our Refunds & Returns page.
