Returns

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, natural health products, supplements and personal care items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. The full purchase price is refunded, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us right away and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Local customers are always welcome to bring returns into the store.
